Cardiovascular diseases remain the leading cause of death worldwide, representing a major public health challenge. Modern diagnostic opportunities, including electrocardiography, echocardiography, magnetic resonance imaging, biomarkers, and the application of artificial intelligence technologies in clinical practice, are discussed.
