Abstract

This article explores the pressing challenges and modern approaches related to managing supply processes in enterprises. As globalization, digital transformation, and shifting consumer demands reshape production and distribution, effective supply chain and procurement management becomes increasingly crucial for organizational competitiveness. The study examines critical areas such as supplier relationship management, logistics coordination, inventory control, risk mitigation, and digital tools integration. Furthermore, it highlights the importance of agility, transparency, and sustainability in contemporary supply chain models. The paper also reviews international practices while assessing the current status and development prospects in supply chain management within enterprises operating in developing economies.
